• Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screens and interviews, evaluating professional backgrounds, cultural fit, and readiness for executive-level mandates.
• Client & Market Insights: Assist in preparing pitch decks, market mapping reports, and candidate presentation summaries for key corporate clients.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Exposure: Work alongside senior consultants across the entire search lifecycle—from initial briefings and client management to interview coordination, negotiation, and closing.
