Strategic Procurement Director (F&B)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with business growth, franchise expansion and long-term commercial objectives.
• Lead sourcing strategies across key categories including food and beverage ingredients, raw materials, packaging, consumables, store equipment and other operational requirements.
• Build and optimise a strong regional/global supplier network, including supplier identification, qualification, performance management and development of alternative supply sources.
• Lead major supplier negotiations and contracting while driving cost savings, total cost of ownership improvements and margin enhancement without compromising quality or service.
• Partner with franchisees and business leaders to develop sourcing and procurement solutions that support new market entry, store expansion and localisation requirements.
• Identify sourcing and supplier risks, establish dual/alternative sourcing strategies and develop contingency plans to ensure reliable supply across markets.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing
• F&B / Franchise / QSR experience
