Senior Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse productivity, workflow efficiency, and cost performance. Develop and maintain capacity models for manpower, storage space, equipment, and material flow to support operational requirements and growth. Lead industrial engineering initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of targeted outcomes. Conduct facility layout, time, and cost analysis studies while designing and implementing automation and material handling solutions to improve operational efficiency. Perform process evaluations, simulation modelling, and post-implementation reviews to optimize warehouse performance and support value-added customer solutions.
