Senior Engineer (Power Plant Maintenace)

Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure high equipment reliability, availability and performance. Investigate equipment failures and recurring defects, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions. Plan and coordinate maintenance works during plant shutdowns, scheduled outages and major equipment overhauls. Provide technical expertise to Operations and Maintenance teams on equipment issues, repairs, modifications and improvement initiatives. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with plant safety procedures, regulatory requirements and relevant engineering standards across Mechanical, Electrical or Control & Instrumentation (C&I) disciplines.
