Regional Logistics Buyer

Responsibilities: Manage sourcing activities across air, ocean and land freight, together with other indirect spend categories, to support Singapore operations. Identify procurement opportunities that improve total cost of ownership (TCO), service levels, lead times and overall operational efficiency. Lead end-to-end RFQ and tender processes, including supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations and final recommendations. Develop contracting strategies, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and coordinate with Legal on contract execution, renewals and contractual requirements. Strengthen supplier reliability and supply security through supplier evaluations, alternative sourcing, quality improvements and resolution of supply disruptions. Partner with Operations, Quality, Technical and regional/global Procurement teams on sourcing initiatives, supplier audits and procurement improvement projects.
