Project Manager (3PL)

Responsibilities: Lead projects from planning and implementation through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are achieved. Manage new customer implementations and warehouse ramp-ups, including manpower, equipment, layout, processes and operational setup. Coordinate site transfers, business migrations and operational transitions while ensuring minimal disruption and successful handover. Partner with IT teams on WMS, ERP and system enhancements, including UAT, automation initiatives and go-live readiness Translate customer requirements into operational solutions, lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to customers and management. Manage project budgets, risks, reporting and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, customer and company requirements.
