Production Manager (Injection Molding)

Responsibilities: Plan and oversee daily plastic injection moulding operations to achieve production schedules, customer demand and business targets Maximise utilisation of manpower, materials, machinery and production capacity while ensuring reliable operation of injection moulding equipment Lead, train and develop operators, technicians and production teams through hands-on shopfloor leadership, clear accountability and performance management. Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, enhance machine uptime and optimise overall manufacturing efficiency. Ensure manufacturing activities comply with ISO 13485, GMP, FDA requirements, cleanroom standards and workplace health and safety requirements. Monitor KPIs and production performance while partnering with Quality and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues, maintain material availability and execute corrective actions effectively.
