Mechanical Engineer (Consultancy)

Responsibilities: Lead Mechanical Design: Manage mechanical engineering works from initial concepts through detailed designs. Ensure Compliance: Apply local codes and authority regulations to guarantee all projects meet legal standards. Provide Technical Guidance: Run engineering analyses and mentor team members to deliver smart technical solutions. Manage Project Finances & Timelines: Oversee project budgets, contracts, schedules, and team coordination to hit key deadlines. Coordinate Stakeholders: Cross-functionally collaborate with civil, structural, architectural, electrical, and external contracting teams. Handle Documentation & Delivery: Prepare tender documents, manage design specifications, and ensure smooth project completion within budget. Account Manager: Degree / Masters in Mechanical Engineering Experience in both construction management and design Conversant in Engineering analysis design software, BIM software, CFD simulations tools and other mechanical/fire engineering software.
