HR Manager / Head (Retail)

Responsibilities: Lead the HR team and collaborate with business stakeholders to implement people strategies aligned with organisational objectives Oversee recruitment activities, manpower planning and hiring strategies to attract and retain talent across the organisation. Drive learning and development, performance management and employee development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities. Manage day-to-day HR operations, policies and processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal governance standards. Foster positive employee relations, strengthen employee engagement and promote an inclusive workplace culture that supports employee wellbeing. Champion HR digitalisation, process improvements and innovative initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. Provide HR advisory support to management, guide the HR team and build strong relationships across business functions to deliver effective HR solutions. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience with good exposure to the full spectrum of HR functions. Retail Industry Exposure Candidates with experience in both MNC and SME environments would be advantageous.
