Head of Facilities and Projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Division, establishing strategic priorities, governance frameworks and operational standards aligned with organisational objectives.
• Oversee asset enhancement, A&A, redevelopment, cyclical works and major construction projects to improve property value, functionality and long-term sustainability.
• Drive effective management of buildings and facilities, focusing on service quality, cost efficiency, manpower optimisation, technology adoption and operational improvements.
• Provide leadership across workplace safety, premises security, emergency preparedness and incident response to safeguard employees, guests and organisational assets.
• Set strategic procurement direction while overseeing CAPEX, OPEX and resource planning to optimise cost, quality, risk, performance and investment value.
• Ensure regulatory, statutory, licensing and technical compliance while managing relationships with senior management, authorities, consultants, contractors and key vendors.
• Develop a high-performing Infrastructure leadership team and drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement across property, facilities, safety, security and procurement functions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Business
• At least 10 years of experience in facilities and projects
• AEI Project experience
