Head of Electrical (Power Plant)

Your tasks

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance, reliability and availability of plant electrical assets.
• Oversee fault investigations, equipment repairs and outage recovery to minimise downtime and ensure timely restoration of plant operations.
• Establish long-term maintenance plans, manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and oversee scheduled maintenance activities to optimise asset performance and costs.
• Lead electrical equipment modifications, installations and improvement projects to enhance plant efficiency, safety and reliability.
• Manage spare parts planning, service procurement, vendor coordination and maintenance contracts to support operational requirements.
• Lead and develop engineering and technical teams, providing guidance on problem-solving while ensuring compliance with safety, statutory and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance
