Assistant Operations Director (Medical)

Responsibilities: Lead overall site operations while managing financial performance, operating costs and business unit profitability. Ensure production targets and customer orders are delivered on schedule while meeting cost, quality and safety requirements. Develop production plans and maximise manpower, equipment utilisation and plant capacity to meet business demand. Drive Lean practices and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, equipment, tools and overall plant efficiency. Maintain strong product quality standards, resolve quality issues promptly and ensure customer specifications and expectations are consistently achieved. Ensure site operations comply with applicable environmental, health and safety requirements while maintaining a safe and effective working environment.
