About the company
Our client is an established technology consultancy delivering large-scale digital transformation and enterprise application programmes. They support organisations with complex, business-critical systems, providing specialist expertise across Oracle technologies. Due to continued programme requirements, they are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant to support a key delivery workstream.
Your tasks
THE ORACLE PAYROLL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ROLE As an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant, you will provide specialist technical expertise across Oracle HCM Payroll implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, oversee payroll integrations and resolve complex technical challenges.
You will contribute to technical design documentation, support system testing and ensure payroll solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with programme requirements.
Requirements
ORACLE PAYROLL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Active SC clearance
- Proven experience as an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
- Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Extracts and payroll integrations
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience producing High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation
- Strong understanding of payroll data structures and processing
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical troubleshooting skills
