About the company

Our client is an established technology consultancy delivering complex digital transformation and enterprise systems programmes across the UK. They support organisations with business-critical technology solutions, helping modernise systems and improve operational efficiency. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to support a fully funded programme.

Your tasks

THE ORACLE HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT ROLE As an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will provide specialist expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management, with a particular focus on the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) module. You will support the delivery of Oracle-related project requirements, translating business needs into functional designs and producing detailed High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.

You will work alongside technical and functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented and aligned with the wider programme objectives.

Requirements

ORACLE HCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Active SC clearance
  • Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Experience producing High-Level Design (HLD) documentation
  • Experience producing Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM functionality and business processes
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional designs
