Senior Search Consultant (Headhunter)

Search Staffing Services is expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Search Consultant to join our recruitment team.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the recruitment process, build strong candidate networks and develop lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — from candidate sourcing and headhunting through interviews, offer negotiation and successful placement.
• Conduct executive search and candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, networking and other recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain client relationships , understanding hiring requirements and providing suitable candidates within agreed timelines.
• Build strong candidate networks across your assigned industries and maintain long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates.
• Achieve individual recruitment and placement targets while contributing to the growth and reputation of Search Staffing Services.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident with a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) .
• Prior experience in an agency recruitment / executive search environment with a proven track record of successful placements.
• Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills , with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills , with the confidence to deal with candidates and hiring managers at different levels.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and resilient , with the ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment assignments.
