Position: Service Crew – Chinese Restaurant Location: Somerset Working Days: 5.5 Days / 44 Hours Work Week (Rostered) Working Hours: 11.00AM to 3.00PM & 5.30PM to 9.30PM Salary: Basic up to $3,300 + Performance Bonus Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave Duration: Permanent

Why Join? Our client is a Chinese restaurant seeking friendly and service-oriented Service Crew to support daily dining operations.

Responsibilities: Greet customers and take food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally. Handle customer enquiries and service issues. Support upselling and cross-selling of menu items. Handle cashiering, billing and payments. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas. Replenish supplies and assist with basic food preparation. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

Requirements: Food Safety & Hygiene certification preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant F&B experience. Friendly, service-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Comfortable working in a non-halal-certified restaurant.
