Position: Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive – Shipping & Logistics Location: Tuas (Transport from MRT/bus station to office) Working Days: 5.5 Days Work Week Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00AM - 6.00PM, Saturday: 9.00AM - 1.00PM Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus Benefits: 14 - 18 Days Annual Leave Duration: Permanent

Why Join? Our client is an established logistics company seeking an Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive to support shipping documentation, shipment coordination and customer servicing.

Responsibilities: Prepare import/export documents, LC, Bill of Lading and FTA documentation. Coordinate shipments with forwarders, transporters and shipping lines. Arrange freight bookings and shipment schedules. Handle customer enquiries, shipment updates and issue resolution. Send documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time. Monitor freight rates and support basic cost analysis. Coordinate with overseas agents and support new account development. Maintain existing customer relationships and support business growth.

Requirements: Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain. Shipping documentation or logistics coordination experience is advantageous. Good knowledge of import/export procedures preferred. Good communication, coordination and customer service skills.
