Position: Logistics Assistant (Tank Operations / Shipping)

Location: Cantonment Road, near Outram Park MRT

Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary: Basic salary up to $3,300 + up to 14 days annual leave, commensurate with experience

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Shipping / Freight / Logistics

Main Responsibilities with agents and depots on tank details, schedules and movement updates.

Track tank leasing status, including on-hire, off-hire and detention matters.

Coordinate with vendors on tank movements and repositioning units.

Clarify detention billing matters with agents.

Maintain accurate shipment, tank movement and billing records.

Support daily logistics and shipping coordination duties.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head.

Requirements Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Shipping or related discipline.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Candidates with 1–2 years of logistics, shipping or freight experience will be advantageous.

Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.

Organised, detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.

Able to liaise effectively with agents, depots, vendors and internal teams.
