Position: Indoor Sales Support / Customer Service Executive – Logistics Location: Pasir Panjang Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 8.30AM to 5.30PM Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Company Trip Duration: Permanent

Why Join? Our client is an established logistics company seeking an Indoor Sales Support / Customer Service Executive to support bookings, rates and customer coordination.

Responsibilities: File freight rates with carriers. Support the sales team with daily coordination. Arrange carrier bookings and release booking confirmations. Liaise with customers on shipment issues and solutions. Conduct telemarketing to develop new accounts. Visit customers when required.

Requirements: 2 years of relevant logistics, sales support or customer service experience. Candidates without relevant experience may also be considered. Good communication and customer service skills. Organised, proactive and willing to learn.
