Norvika Capital is established as a Norwegian platform with the ambition to further develop and consolidate strong companies within skills supply, recruitment, staffing, and related service areas. The company has ownership interests in companies throughout the country and its headquarters in Oslo. Norvika Capital is seeking a Head of Legal who will be part of the management group and play a key role in further development in Norway. The role will be close to decisions, owners, and processes, and will combine legal and commercial understanding. This is an opportunity for you who want to work more broadly than in a traditional legal role. You will not only be an advisor, but an active contributor to the work of structuring and executing acquisitions, while simultaneously contributing to building a professional and scalable platform for further growth. Responsibilities be part of Norvika Capital's management group in Norway

assist and lead the legal work in acquisition processes

coordinate and conduct legal due diligence

prepare, quality assure, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents

contribute to the assessment of companies, risk, structure, and commercial terms

collaborate closely with external lawyers, auditors, advisors, and financial environments

assist portfolio companies with contract law and corporate law issues

ensure good structure, documentation, and control in legal processes

contribute to the further professionalization of Norvika Capital's Norwegian venture

Desired qualifications legal education at master's level

3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from a law firm, consulting environment, or an in-house legal role

experience with business law, contracts, and commercial agreements

good understanding of economics, finance, and accounting issues

interest in acquisitions, investments, and corporate development

ability to read and understand key figures and financial information

good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English

high execution capability and ability to handle multiple parallel processes
