QA/QC Manager [New Hospital Construction]/ Upto $10K basic+VB/ 5days/ A1 Main Contractor/ West area

Up to $10,000 Basic + Variable bonus Permanent position, New Hospital project at West area Experience in constructing Hospital projects preferred Having work experience with Main Contractor preferred. MNC & Leading A1 Main Contractor!

Job Responsibilities:

• Permanent position, New Hospital project at West area
• Experience in constructing Hospital projects preferred
• Having work experience with Main Contractor preferred.
• Lead the project’s QA/QC programme and ensure all works meet contract, drawing and specification requirements.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan, inspection checklists, quality procedures and reporting system.
• Review construction documents, material submissions and inspection records for completeness and compliance.
• Conduct and coordinate site inspections for civil, architectural and M&E works.
• Ensure subcontractors understand quality requirements before starting work.
• Monitor materials, equipment and workmanship delivered to site.
• Manage defects, non-conformance reports, punch lists and corrective actions through closure.
• Chair regular quality meetings and track outstanding issues.
• Supervise QA/QC inspectors and verify that quality documentation is properly maintained.
• Work closely with the project team, consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Identify quality risks early and implement preventive or corrective measures.
• Drive continuous improvement throughout construction and handover.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or other related discipline.
