M&E Manager_Construction new Hospital project_5day_Upto $11K+VB_A1 Main Contractor_East area

Your tasks

• Administering the M&E documents and involvement in the tender for M&E contracts.
• Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.
• Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.
• Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.
• Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.

Requirements

• Permanent position/ 5 workdays/ East area
• Prior experience working for a main contractor is advantageous.
• Proven track record in building design and construction of hospital projects is preferred.
• MNC & leading A1 main contractor!

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in large scale building projects preferred.
