Job Responsibilities Conduct structured and engaging lessons that build students’ academic foundations

Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to participate and learn confidently

Adapt teaching approaches to suit different students’ learning needs and abilities

Motivate students and provide guidance to help them achieve their learning goals

Conduct trial lessons for prospective students and provide a positive learning experience

Monitor students’ progress and maintain appropriate learning records

Communicate professionally with parents regarding students’ progress and development

Participate in curriculum planning, teacher training and team discussions

Contribute ideas to improve teaching methods, classroom experience and student outcomes

Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Prior teaching, tutoring or classroom experience is an advantage, but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and comfortable working with children

Positive, patient and responsible attitude

Organised, proactive and able to work independently

Genuine interest in education and helping students develop their confidence and abilities
