📍 Location: Somerset 🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district. Job Scope: Handle room reservations, guest enquiries, telephone calls, messages, and booking requests professionally, accurately, and promptly. Convert reservation enquiries into confirmed bookings while promoting hotel services, loyalty programmes, and revenue opportunities. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to fulfil guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain accurate reservations and guest records, operate hotel systems effectively, and uphold luxury hospitality, service, safety, and brand standards. Job Requirements: Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Strong communication and telephone skills with a guest-focused approach to service. Proficient in computer and reservation systems, with strong accuracy, organisation, and administrative skills. Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment; relevant hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
