Your tasks

• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to ensure a memorable guest dining experience.
• Oversee assigned service sections and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Support operations across restaurant, bar, banquets and in-room dining.
• Handle guest enquiries, provide menu recommendations and resolve feedback professionally.
• Process billing, POS transactions, cash handling and payment settlements accurately.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage operations in hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of food service, beverages and dining operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with POS and electronic ordering systems.
• Positive attitude, leadership potential and willingness to learn.

What we offer

Salary: $3,200 - $3,800
