Chef de Partie

Seamac Enterprise Limited, trading as Seabank Bistro, located at Coast Road, Malahide, Co. Dublin, K36 FD90, is currently recruiting 1 Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will work 39 hours per week at €18.05 per hour, with a gross annual salary of €36,605.

The main duties will include the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to a high standard and in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions; preparation of ingredients; assisting with the daily operation of the kitchen; ensuring consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation; maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety; ensuring food is stored, prepared and handled correctly; and working effectively as part of the kitchen team.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment and be able to work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.
