🚨 URGENT HIRING: RECEPTIONIST (1 VACANCY) 🏫 💰 Salary: $2,500/month 📍 Location: Local School 📅 Contract: 1 Jan – 31 Dec 2027 (1 year) 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm Includes 30-minute lunch break Weekends & Public Holidays off

Job Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, mail and parcel dispatch. Attend to pupils’ needs and assist school staff with resources and surveys. Maintain neat and organised uniform cupboards. Perform general administrative duties and support school operations. Assist during emergencies when required.

Job Requirements: Minimum GCE O-Level qualification. At least 3 years’ receptionist experience in a local school. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office. Fluent in written and spoken English and another language. A good team player with strong organisational skills.
