Student Management & Engagement Officer (Sengkang)

🧑‍🏫 Student Management & Engagement Officer x1 💰 Salary: $3,200–$3,500/month 📅 Contract: 11 months (Jan–Nov 2027), with option to extend for another 11 months 🕐 Working Hours: Mon–Thu, 7:30am–4:30pm; Fri, 7:30am–4:00pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch 🚫 No work on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays 📌 Job Responsibilities Support investigations and documentation of student misconduct and bullying cases.

Engage students, including at-risk students, and provide behavioural and pastoral support.

Monitor disciplinary cases and follow up on behavioural matters.

Conduct patrols and support student discipline during assigned hours.

Supervise students during detention, suspension, recess and school activities.

Support restorative conversations, counselling and intervention programmes.

Assist with case management and CCTV reviews where required.

Communicate with parents/guardians on disciplinary matters and follow-up actions.

Work with school personnel and external agencies to support students requiring assistance.

Maintain case records and attend relevant meetings.

Provide administrative, operational and examination support as required.

✅ Requirements Experience working with children or youths, particularly in behavioural, disciplinary or social-emotional settings.

Able to engage students positively and manage challenging behaviour calmly.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with investigations, report writing and confidential documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with restorative practices and case management is advantageous.
