📢 Senior Event Implementation Manager x1 💰 Salary: $4,800/month 📅 Contract Duration: 1 year 🗓️ Contract Period: January–December 2027 ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm

Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

🎓 Job Requirements Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline.

At least 12 years of relevant experience in event or project management.

Proven experience managing vendors, coordinating logistics and delivering events end-to-end.

Experience with international organisations such as WHO or ASEAN, or in the public sector, is advantageous.

Strong organisational, project management and communication skills.

Able to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Experience in public health, food safety or related One Health domains is an advantage.

📋 Job Responsibilities Manage event vendors, service providers and logistics for two international events in 2027.

Coordinate RSVPs, international participants and on-site event implementation.

Oversee post-event follow-up, documentation and key takeaways.

Support One Health initiatives across food safety, animal-borne diseases, vector-borne diseases and environmental hazards.

Prepare communication materials and support workshops, capacity-building events and international forums.

Provide meeting coordination, documentation and secretariat support.

Contribute to literature reviews, briefing documents and horizon-scanning activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.
