🏫🔬 Science Laboratory Assistant (Primary School – Yishun)

Your tasks

• Prepare, organise and maintain materials and equipment for educational activities.
• Assist with setting up activities, distributing materials and clearing equipment after use.
• Set up and operate equipment such as projectors, tablets and other instructional tools.
• Conduct inventory checks and update stock records.
• Organise, label and maintain the storage of materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions in designated areas.
• Assist with educational and enrichment activities.
• Support the loan, tracking and stocktaking of resources for various programmes.
• Assist with the care and maintenance of live specimens used for educational purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or similar technical support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Organised, adaptable and able to multitask effectively.
• A good team player who can work collaboratively with colleagues.

• 💰 Salary: $13.00–$13.50/hour (Approx: $1,830 SGD -$1,901/month)
• 📅 Contract Duration: 2 years
• 🗓️ Contract Period: 4 January 2027 – December 2028
• ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm, inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
• 📆 Working Days: Monday–Friday

🚫 No Service: Weekends, gazetted public holidays and school holidays in March, June, September and November/December, unless otherwise required.
