🎓 School Counsellor 💰 $4,200 – $4,500/month 📅 9-month contract | Start: Jan 2027 | End: Oct 2027 Excludes June 2027 📌 Requirements Degree in Counselling with relevant professional counselling qualifications. Relevant counselling or social work experience, preferably with adolescents or young people. Strong communication, interpersonal, assessment and case management skills. Able to work with students, parents, teachers and external agencies. Organised, meticulous and able to manage confidential cases professionally.

💼 Responsibilities Provide individual/group counselling and crisis intervention. Assess student needs, manage cases and maintain proper documentation. Conduct case consultations with teachers, parents and external professionals. Coordinate referrals and liaise with community resources and agencies. Support school management with counselling and mental health matters. Conduct psycho-educational sessions and preventive mental well-being programmes. Develop mental health resources and training for staff and parents.
