📌 Programme Manager
Salary: $3,880 – $4,816/month 📅 1-Year Contract | Immediate Start ⏰ 42 hours/week
Requirements
- 🎓 Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline
- Experience in psychology, counselling, social work, behavioural sciences or programme management is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- 🗣️ Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- 📋 Develop and implement programmes and supporting frameworks
- 👥 Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding activities
- ⚙️ Manage programme operations and participant engagement
- 🤝 Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities
- 📈 Review programme effectiveness and improve processes
- 🧠 Support training, psychological first aid and participant well-being initiatives
- 💼 Work with internal stakeholders to provide professional support and consultation
- Support other related projects and initiatives as assigned
