At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in social media content development, digital communications or creative production.

Strong content creation skills across visual and video formats.

Demonstrated ability to identify and execute trendjacking opportunities.

Good editorial judgement with keen attention to detail.

Proficient in content creation tools and social media platforms.

Good project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

Able to work independently and manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines, including occasional weekend work to support content needs.

📋 Job Responsibilities Develop and execute content plans for corporate social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent delivery across platforms.

Create high-quality content across multiple formats, tailored to platform-specific best practices and audience needs.

Monitor social media trends, cultural moments and current affairs to identify and execute trendjacking opportunities.

Coordinate production timelines and deliverables with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Engage internal divisions to source stories, gather information and develop content that amplifies programmes and community impact.
