📢 Learning & Development Manager 💰 Salary: $3,800–$4,800/month 📅 Contract Duration: 12 months 🗓️ Contract Period: Immediate start, 12-month contract ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm One-hour lunch break daily 5-day work week

🎓 Job Requirements Degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Learning & Development and/or competency development preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and Canva. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver quality outcomes within tight timelines. Public sector experience and familiarity with Workday, particularly Report Writer, preferred.

📋 Job Responsibilities Maintain learning and competency records in Workday and support related administrative processes. Manage finance-related administration, including budget tracking, invoice processing, supporting documentation, and sponsorship and scholarship billings. Conduct research on relevant training programmes and courses. Analyse data and create reports, charts and interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Plan, coordinate and implement Learning & Development and well-being initiatives, including designing EDM materials for publicity. Perform other related duties as assigned.
