💻 ICT Training & Support Executive

Salary: $3,300 – $3,500/month Contract Duration: 18 months Contract Period: January 2027 – June 2028 Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am–5:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break Working Days: Monday to Friday; no work on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Conduct computer and digital skills training for students and staff.
• Develop and review training materials and digital learning programmes.
• Provide technical support for IT equipment, computer labs and related activities.
• Support audio-visual equipment setup for events, meetings and webinars.
• Assist with photography, videography, editing and digital media management.
• Maintain digital resources and support website updates.
• Assist with IT equipment inventory and other technology-related activities.
• Provide technical, training and project support as required.

📋 Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in computer or technology training.
• Experience working with students or in an educational environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of multimedia applications such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with basic coding or STEM platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in photography, videography, animation, video editing or website maintenance is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Motivated, adaptable and able to work well in a team.
