🏫💻 ICT Executive cum Trainer (Secondary School – Serangoon)

Your tasks

• Plan and conduct ICT training for students and staff, including digital literacy and the use of educational technology tools.
• Design and produce digital and print materials, including posters, brochures, banners and other communication materials.
• Support photography, videography, audio-visual operations and technical setup for events and programmes.
• Assist with the management, maintenance and loan administration of ICT and audio-visual equipment and resources.
• Support the administration and maintenance of digital platforms and ICT systems.
• Keep up to date with emerging technologies and educational tools to support teaching and learning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including occasional work beyond normal working hours when required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Multimedia, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience conducting ICT training for primary school students.
• Good working knowledge of photo and video editing, animation, website design and graphic design.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools that support teaching and learning.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad applications and emerging AI tools.
• Basic knowledge of computer and website programming is preferred.
• Relevant ICT certifications are an advantage.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support technical operations and training activities independently and collaboratively.

• 💰 Salary: $3,500/month
• 📅 Contract Duration: 10 months
• 🗓️ Contract Period: January – December 2027, excluding June 2027 when services are not required
• ⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm Friday: 7:00am–3:30pm

• Inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
