Civil Technical Office Engineer – Shop Drawings & Quantity Surveying

Your tasks

The Role & Your Impact: As a key member of our Technical Office, you will bridge the gap between design and execution. You will be responsible for producing high-quality Shop Drawings and AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD) that ensure seamless site implementation. Your meticulous approach to Quantity Surveying and BOQ preparation will directly influence project accuracy and financial integrity.

• Develop detailed Shop Drawings and structural detailing using AutoCAD and ASD.
• Perform comprehensive Quantity Surveying and prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Review and verify architectural and structural drawings to identify and resolve technical conflicts.
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and project managers to ensure technical compliance.
• Manage technical submittals and maintain organized project documentation.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven experience in a Technical Office environment within the construction industry.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Structural Detailing (ASD), and Technical Drawing.
• Strong background in Civil Engineering principles, Shop Drawings production, and Quantity Surveying.
• Exceptional ability to prepare and analyze BOQs and technical specifications.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
