- Handle export shipment operations (Sea/Air)
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers and internal teams
- Prepare shipping documents and export documentation
- Arrange booking with carriers and shipping lines
- Monitor shipment status until cargo delivery
- Ensure shipment accuracy and on-time service
Qualifications: Experience in Freight Forwarding Export Operation Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of shipping documentation Able to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office
