Your tasks
Alongside the lead educator, you will support the children's daily lives and actively contribute to creating a calm, secure, and harmonious atmosphere, conducive to their development.
You are a key player in the smooth running of the classroom, attentive to the needs of the children as well as the quality of the environment.
- Ensure the management and animation of a 3-6 year old Montessori atmosphere in a bilingual environment
- Design and animate the classroom on a daily basis: Montessori workshops, collective times, specific workshops (holidays, cross-curricular projects, etc.)
- Implement individualized follow-up for each child, based on observation, continuous evaluation, and personalized support
- Actively participate in the construction and evolution of the establishment's pedagogical project
- Ensure annual programming, preparation, and maintenance of pedagogical documents and mandatory registers
- Build and maintain a relationship of trust with families, within a professional, clear, and benevolent framework
- Work in close collaboration with the educational team, in a logic of pedagogical coherence and continuity
- Relationship with parents and conflict management
Requirements
We are currently looking for an English-speaking educator for our 3-6 class in one of our Parisian schools.
- You have training related to education or early childhood
- You have experience/training related to Montessori teaching/pedagogy
- Native English or C2 bilingual mandatory

Other
Our 3-6 year old class will consist of twenty students supervised by one French-speaking profile and one English-speaking profile.
