Overseas Business Development (America-Canada Zone)

1. Market Expansion and Business Pioneering: Responsible for overseeing and driving end-to-end market expansion to pioneer services or products in the America and Canada zones.
2. Sales and Logistics Support: Coordinate import-export projects, contact customers and Overseas Agents, and analyze new market opportunities.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with both old and new customers, while responding to customer needs professionally.
4. Internal and External Coordination: Act as a link and coordinate effectively between international customers and internal company departments.

Qualifications: Education: Diploma or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, English, or related fields. Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in the logistics field (Logistics / Freight Forwarder). Language Skills: Good English language skills; able to communicate, negotiate, and coordinate fluently. Relationship Skills: Expertise in building and maintaining good relationships with international customers (CRM). Flexibility: Flexible working hours (as working hours may need to overlap with the America/Canada Time Zone in some cases).
