As Teamleader lasafdeling, you are the hub of the workshop. You ensure structure, quality, and a positive team atmosphere.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coaching, guiding, and motivating your employees.
• Coordinating and preparing materials for daily production.
• Analyzing and solving technical challenges.
• Initiating and implementing improvements within the department.
• Working closely with the Teamleader assemblage and the work preparers/drafters.

Who are you?

You are someone who combines technical knowledge with a hands-on mentality and strong people skills.

In addition, you possess:

• Experience as a welder within a technical production environment (steel, RVS, or aluminium).
• Experience in a supervisory, coaching, or directing role.
• The ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• A basic knowledge of English.
