Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction works
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project team
- Monitor work progress and report site status to Project Manager
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
- Resolve technical issues and site problems promptly
- Prepare and maintain site records, daily reports, and progress reports
- Assist in material planning, ordering, and site logistics
- Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections with authorities when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site experience
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and safety regulations (e.g. MOM / BCA – if in Singapore)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Experience in HDB / BTO projects will be an advantage.
