Human Resource Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting HR operations to ensure the company attracts and hires the right talent.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management , or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.

Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening techniques.

Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information professionally.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Knowledge of Egyptian labor law is preferred.
