Business Developer Agent – US Market (3 Positions) ???? Cairo, Egypt – On-site | 2–4 Years Experience

We’re hiring three Business Developer Agents to generate leads and close deals with clients in the USA through outbound calls.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to US prospects to qualify leads
  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closing
  • Keep accurate records in CRM tools
  • Work with Marketing to align outreach
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Answers the Questions
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or above), with a clear, confident phone voice
  • 2–4 years in outbound sales, business development, or call center roles
  • Experience with US clients is a strong plus
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Ability to work US business hours
  • Target-driven, persuasive, and organized
