Your tasks as a Process and Reporting Manager (m/f/d) in Kiel
- Supporting project teams in terms of project control and reporting
- Ensuring cross-project traceability of KPI reports
- Structuring and harmonizing KPI reports for the overall System Engineering division
- Reporting for the System Engineering Kettenfahrzeuge division and the overall division
- Continuous further development and improvement as well as implementation of processes and templates
- Accompanying project teams in terms of project control and project management
- Creation of templates and report documentation

Your profile as a Process and Reporting Manager (m/f/d) in Kiel
- You have a completed degree in the field of Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within an industrial company
- Experience in the implementation of reporting projects and process optimizations
- Furthermore, you possess a high degree of responsibility and a desire for creative design
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working, goal-oriented action, and team orientation
- Your profile is rounded off by good knowledge of MS-Office with a focus on Excel and Power BI, as well as good English skills
