The position is currently being managed transitionally by INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH and will in the future be transferred to TecScope Experts GmbH (a merger of Scope Engineering and INTEC Industrie-Technik).

Your tasks as an Engineer - Utility Engineering (m/f/d) in Hamburg
- Ensuring and optimizing the technical infrastructure supply (heating, water, wastewater, etc.)
- Guaranteeing safe and trouble-free plant operation from an economic perspective
- Leading and coordinating new construction and renovation projects in structural, civil, and utility engineering
- Coordination and control of internal and external project participants across locations
- Advising and providing technical support to production areas regarding utility engineering issues
- Planning and implementing modernization measures while adhering to schedule, quality, and cost targets
- Development and implementation of maintenance and servicing concepts to ensure plant availability
- Conducting economic analyses as well as creating project and permit templates
- Taking on special technical tasks and supporting adjacent departments

Your profile as an Engineer - Utility Engineering (m/f/d) in Hamburg
- Completed studies (FH/TH/TU) in the field of Utility Engineering, Civil Engineering with a focus on Utility Engineering or Plant Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in technologically comparable areas of responsibility is desirable
- Experience in the field of complex utility engineering systems
- Experience in leading and executing complex projects is desirable
- Process and method competence
- Sound knowledge of business management contexts
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, AHO, construction legislation, etc.)
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good IT skills (SAP R/3, MS-Office, application programs)
- Ability to structure complex issues and develop decision templates
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Willingness for job-related further training
- Willingness for assignments domestic and abroad
- High resilience
