You will participate in the efficient management of logistical flows, from the recording of orders and customer programs to delivery, invoicing, and stock monitoring.

You will primarily intervene in the following missions:

Record and track customer orders

You will also be required to respond to customer follow-up requests, particularly in writing in English.

Prepare deliveries and ensure the reliability of IT flows

Establish customer invoicing

Manage the supply of packaging

Monitor subcontracting operations

Assist with operations related to materials and receptions

Participate in inventories and the reliability of stocks

You have a background in logistics, ideally at a Bac+2 to Bac+3 level.

The position is also open to junior profiles upon graduation.

In your toolbox

Office tools, notably Excel and ERP, or are able to quickly master this type of environment. Solid foundations in logistics: orders, deliveries, stocks, supplies, subcontracting, invoicing, or flow monitoring.
