*Duties*

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling to meet client preferences.
• Provide expert consultations to recommend suitable styles and treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all workstations and tools to ensure safety and hygiene.
• Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, building rapport and understanding their desired outcomes.
• Upsell additional services or retail products that complement clients? treatments, enhancing their experience.
• Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to deliver innovative services.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
• Ability to perform retail sales by promoting products that meet client needs.
• Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is preferred.
• Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license as required by local regulations.
