Join the Avionics R&D Software department to strengthen the team of Verification & Validation (V&V) software engineers.

As a V&V Software Engineer, you are responsible for supporting the testing and review activities of our projects through thorough testing and verification processes. Your passion for software testing and pursuit of quality ensure that our avionics display products meet and even exceed industry standards.

Your responsibilities

• You work closely with development engineers and other V&V engineers to set up and execute the necessary test setups and procedures.
• You follow the internal processes specifically tailored to the verification and validation of safety-critical software for aviation.
• You analyze software requirements, develop suitable test strategies, and draft test cases and procedures according to the existing framework and applicable standards.
• You perform review activities that ensure the safety of our display products.
• You actively contribute to the improvement and automation of test processes.
• Together with the other members of the project team, you take responsibility for realizing the product on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, ICT, or equivalent experience.
• You have knowledge of C and Python.
• You have knowledge of basic measurement equipment, such as a digital multimeter and a digital oscilloscope.
• Experience with DO-178, RTOS, and embedded systems is a plus.
• You have an eye for detail and possess an analytical mindset.
• You can express yourself fluently in English.
