Reporting to the Director of Development & Quality Control, you will ensure the following missions in compliance with pharmaceutical safety rules, costs, and deadlines:

• Supervise cost estimates, responses to calls for tender, and project management
• Coordinate the organization, planning, and monitoring of the progress of the various stages of an industrial development project, in relation with the relevant teams in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the PDS budget
• Coordinate activities with the Group's other Development departments and locally with production, industrial maintenance, quality services, EHS, logistics, and sales
• Participate in industrial monitoring of technologies and processes
• Analyze and manage the monitoring of internal performance KPIs (PDS / Customer satisfaction / operating budget)
• Prepare and attend client business review meetings (BRM) in collaboration with customer service and Management
• Supervise performance animation around AIC rituals
• Ensure the management of the Development/Industrial Transfer services: training, daily management (FtoF), defining and monitoring individual objectives, individual and collective performance evaluation, supporting the development of employee skills

Holder of a Bac+5 (or equivalent) in the pharmaceutical, chemistry, or engineering field. You have at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, including a minimum of 2 years as a Development Manager.

Required experience: You possess confirmed expertise in project management as well as industrial transfers (scale-up). You have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and the associated regulatory requirements. You are comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing. You are proficient in IT tools, particularly ERP and Excel.

You possess good stress and priority management, as well as a strong capacity for anticipation, analysis, and synthesis. You have strong leadership, with an aptitude for listening, delegating, motivating your teams, and uniting them around common objectives.
